At Hendy Sports Academy, we take pride in providing exceptional personalized strength and agility lessons to athletes of all levels. Our one-on-one sessions are designed to cater to individual needs, ensuring that every athlete receives the attention, guidance, and support they require to enhance their skills. During these sessions, athletes take the lead, actively participating in practice and receiving tailored feedback from our experienced coaches. Additionally, we understand the importance of teamwork in sports, which is why we also offer team practices where athletes can collaborate, bond, and work together to achieve common goals.

  • FOCUS

    It all starts by learning the fundamentals to create a solid foundation to build on.

  • APPLY

    Next, you’ll apply what you have learned & how to adjust to different pitches, hops & batters.

  • REPEAT

    The last step? We learn how to continually refine & adjust when necessary based on strength, different pitches thrown & positions.
